Appointments and Deposits

Some services require a deposit to confirm the reservation. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or changes made outside of this period may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Punctuality

Late arrivals may require adjustments to the service or rescheduling of the appointment to respect the reserved time of all our customers.

Each service begins with a personalized consultation. Final prices are determined based on hair length, density, condition, and the time required to achieve the desired result.
