My name is José Quiñones, founder of QS Salon, educator in the beauty industry and passionate about excellence in every detail.
From the beginning of my career, I've believed that a salon visit should be much more than a beauty service. It should be an experience that inspires confidence, well-being, and transformation. That vision is what gave life to QS Salon: a space designed to combine talent, continuing education, hospitality, and exceptional service.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to train with some of the most renowned institutions in the industry, including Sassoon Academy and Wella Education, as well as represent Puerto Rico on international stages. However, beyond titles and accolades, what truly inspires me is helping each person who sits in our chair discover the best version of themselves.
Today, together with a team committed to our same values, we continue to raise the standard of beauty and service, making our philosophy a reality:

David Soto
David Soto is Vice President and General Manager of QS Salón. A communicator, educator, and professional coach, he has a background in Journalism and Communications and extensive experience in media, training, and talent development.
In addition to leading the areas of marketing, public relations, social media and brand projection, she works on the continuous training of the team to strengthen the customer experience, service excellence and the growth of the company.

Ektor Rodríguez
Ektor began his cosmetology training in 2024 and currently works as a Junior Stylist at QS Salon. He specializes in professional makeup, hair treatments, and personalized beauty services, combining technique, creativity, and attention to detail to provide an exceptional experience for every client.
Committed to professional growth, he continues to participate in training and certifications that allow him to keep up to date with the latest industry trends and innovations.
